China UnionPay Data Co., Ltd (CUP Data), a holding subsidiary of China UnionPay (CUP), is established in Shanghai in January 2003, with a registered capital of RMB 185 million. In December 2005, CUP Data accepted the Total System Services, INC. ( TSYS ) as its strategic investor. As a professional financial data processing company, CUP Data provides safe and stable processing platform to our clients.  The processing platform of CUP Data not only passes acceptance testing organized by Technical Department of People’s Bank of China, but also is granted a computer software copyright certificate (Registration No. 2004SR0177) issued by the National Copyright Administration of the People’s Republic of China. Meanwhile, CUP DATA fully passed the below mentioned certification: ISO 9001 quality management system certification, SAS70 Type II auditing, PCI DSS Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard auditing. Now the company is one of Shanghai software enterprises, high-tech enterprises, and enterprises with good honesty. In November 2010, CUP data passed "commercial bank card system technology standard compliance and safety testing" hold by the People's Bank of China, and became the first outsourcing service provider who went through the testing.
